Its metal frame has a chrome finish as polished as a sports car and angles as defined as a super-model’s cheekbones. And then there’s that tawny leather: it has a super-soft hand and matching exposed stitching. Best of all, a wide seat and low, angled back make the Pike lavishly comfortable.
The leather on our Pike chair is treated with wax and oil to create a distressed look. One characteristic of this treatment is that it creates slight color variations within each piece of leather. These variations are considered desirable, as they ensure that no two chairs are exactly alike.
