Timeless empire waist full length gown from the 1970s. The fabric is a smooth, fairly thick polyester with a 3 inch wide raised waistband. The long sleeves are one piece and unfussy. Dress is embellished around the waist with geometrically placed silver discs and beads. The color is a matte purple, not shiny or too vibrant. Overall silhouette is classic and understatedly elegant, A-line styling and demure front scoop neck. Back of dress closes via a purple nylon 21 inch zipper. Garment is lined from the waist to the hem.
