Perfect for special occasions, events, birthdays, births, Halloween, or just because!!! Here at Janellys Creations all items are made to order. Tutu is made from the best quality tulle, double layered, and sewn on 3/4 inch non-roll elastic waist band. Tutus have a 2 inch stretch that will give your little one some wiggle room.
