These handcrafted floating shelves provide a great industrial look that will blend well with modern and rustic decor alike. The farmhouse style shelves have a matte, rustic finish and are not meant to look like the manufactured shelves you would find from China or Ikea. We use 100% Eco-Friendly water-based stains and lacquers to help keep your family safe from toxins. With this waterbased product, the stain is applied evenly, but the real wood absorbs it in a way to give it a true “old wood” look. These solid wooden shelves with steel pipe supports accommodate all of your storage needs. They work great in pantries, bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, nurseries, and other areas in need of shelving for walls. These 1.5″ thick floating shelves were made by a traditional sawmill and still carry the original scars from the saw blades. The marks left by the sawmill bring character to our shelves and provide a true rustic appearance to any wall. These repurposed planks come from construction/destruction sites.
