Truly one-of-a-kind vintage painting of San Francisco, painted by Thelma Rush in 1956. i believe that this piece is a combination of watercolor and oil painted on art paper, but am not certain. One of the most charming and classic depictions of San Francisco i have ever seen. condition: As shown in photos, there is some staining around the edges of the painting, probably residue from the original frame. But the main portion of the painting is in excellent condition, particularly given its vintage. The painting is not framed. It is signed Thelma Rush, 1956.
