Hey! We use the same training set for our doggie in our backyard. We don't expect our dog to ever be an agility superstar, but it's fun to practice with and pretty darn cheap. He definitely enjoys the attention and the challenge. Worth doing, even if he's never going to do it "well."

Get you some "perfect push-ups" or generic versions. I got a pair for $5 from Ross Dress for Less. The swivel action is much more comfortable for me than using dumbbells or the static handles.

I use Arden Grange (Dry Food), switched from Pedigree Chum. (Dry Food) I didn't change anything else diet wise but it made a huge difference.

Maybe you can figure out what i did wrong!! haha. i'm genuinely sad it didn't work out. seemed like a great idea for him cuz we go in 2+ hour car trips and he gets buckled in, plus we live in a shoebox apartment so he's leash trained so he can explore outside.

This was my cat's favorite "bowl". It required that he stand up and lean into the water, which meant he couldn't really paw. Or at least minimized it.

My perpetually hungry chocolate lab reacted very positively to [the DogMaze](https://www.amazon.com/Buster-KR274091-Dog- Maze/dp/B005QJXSHC). She doesn't like it, but it slowed her eating down dramatically and, unlike just about every feeding toy I could find, it's made out of one solid piece of thick plastic rather than many fiddly parts that can be chewed on.

If you haven't, might be worth a try?

Here or I think I've seen it in Home Depot/Lowes. Wall kit sold separately.

I got mine on Amazon (UK) a couple of years ago. Just checked and it's still there but cheaper now!

The one I linked was just the first that popped up when I searched for one. That being said, in an accident it will stop the dog from flying through a window or into the humans in front.

I haven't seen any solution which secures dogs in way similar to how humans are secured, but I guess a shorter leash on a model similar to that one would get quite close.

In the case of using a crate, the dog will slam into the side of the crate, which isn't optimal, but better than through a window or human skull. My dog always sits with his back leaned against the front facing side of the crate, which gives me some sense of security regarding frontal crashes.

Edit: This solution seems quite neat
