Zap Cables! Just put in another purchase for my other keyboard. John is awesome and helped me pick out some sexy, matching cables. Totally worth the price if you like the custom look and feel.
But if you’d like a more budget alternative, the braided Anker cables are really good quality as well. You can find those on Amazon (like this one).
Its never too late to learn how to solder, if its only a few switches that are like this you can buy some Gateron switches individually or in a 10 pack and replace the bad ones.
A decent soldering kit that comes with everything you need can be bought at amazon for less than 20 bucks, with a solder sucker included and if you want even easier solder removal you can get one of these desoldering iron pumps - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DJRYIG/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apap_4HuPH8htp6ZEX
There's plenty of switch desoldering tutorials over at /r/mechanicalkeyboards, and if you need help just make a post and I'm sure plenty of people will be glad to help you out.
This is the battery. You will have to cut parts of the inside out and sand it down a bit to fit. It's tight, but it will fit! Oh, and the connector is not the correct size. I just stole the connector from the old battery tho, easy solder job.

Not a hard case, but the comments said it's a good fit for the Anne Pro: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OLU5HC/
I ordered one recently, but it hasn't arrived yet.
I got this one and it works great for a 60% sized board like the Anne.
I use this one myself for a soft shell case.

Nice and cheap and has an extra pouch for my cables :)
If you don't mind a soft case, there's a [gun sock] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013LM2P6/) that's pretty popular with the 60% crowd. I use it to take my AP1 to the office.
If you're looking for a sleeve I got this one and its pretty snug but good. If you add large stuff into the extra pocket then it might not close 100%. Here's mine: https://imgur.com/a/ub54j kinda hard to tell but the last two photos have the Anne inside the sleeve.
I'm planning on doing the same when Novelkeys restocks the Box Royals.
You're going to want a solder sucker. I've used both of these with great success. The first link works well on switches; I desoldered an entire TKL in under an hour today with mine. The second one works well for smaller things like LEDs and Pro Micros. It would also work for switches, but would clog up fairly quickly and might need more than one pass per joint.

There's a decent chance the stabilizers on the Team Wolf keyboards on Amazon would be interchangeable:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0192Z9CJS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_n38Nyb631HDJY
They seem like a similar design. Never tried it myself, though
If you were asking about mine, here's the soft case I got. Not bad, storage to hold a mouse as well, but hard would be nicer.

I noticed that too. Actually, there are more things that are different to it compared to another Anne Pro 2 a colleague of mine has (and the ones I've seen on the internet). On the box it says "Anne Pro 2 x Sainsonic" and there was an extra key cap for the Escape key that came with it that also says Sainsonic. The backplate is also a little bit different compared to the ones I've seen before. I guess it's an "edition" of some sort?
I bought it on Amazon.com, it feels and looks legit, ObinsKit works fine. So I don't know what's up with that.

This is the one I have been using.
The front pocket is a nice place for the USB cable or a small notepad.

I used this one. It worked pretty well.
I now use a laptop at work that has BT built in so I don’t need it but still have it around just in case.
These are the ones I have. I don't know if they fit the m40s as I don't own a pair of those, but they are pretty much universal for full size over the ear headphones. They will change the sound of the headphones though. You will lose a bit of bass with these.
I fit one of these in the stock case:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016ZU9C6Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And in a cheap aliexpress wood case. Works well, adds a lot of life, is pretty thin. In the stock case, I modified the bottom by using a toenail clippers to snip out some of the plastic space to fit it - but it's thin enough it could probably just sit in there with no issues.
I got it from Amazon. https://www.amazon.co.uk/kalibri-Universal-Desktop-Monitor-Notebook/dp/B01MXS1PHC
I don't know what switches you have but a pack of ten Cherry MX Blue switches is 11.22 dollars.

These are the ones I ended up buying on recommendation from another use r! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K73IE1C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Here is a cheap option that works for me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OLZHRU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
