To say a particular food would not be so correct. Every system reacts to various food differently. For example, someone might be lactose intolerant, others can have a bad reaction to chili or to chocolate even. You have to try keeping records or paying close attention to what you eat and how it reacts with your system.

One thing I can advise you and which has helped me a lot are probiotics. These are friendly bacteria that support digestion and help to alleviate various digestive problems. Yogurts and kefir are rich in probiotics but for more immediate results, i would suggest you try probiotic supplements. I have used Flourish Probiotics by Eu Natural. It is a combination of healthy bacteria that has been clinically tested and has proven to support digestive health, urinary tract and gut as well. I will attach a link so you may check it out and read more:

Good luck to you

"Irregular" cycles are common, no worries! FAM is not about predicting your cycle. It is different from the "rhythm method" and "natural family planning". Basically with FAM you check your temp & cervical fluid every morning to tell you where you are at in your cycle on that very day. Typically it is the follicular phase not the fertile luteal phase that fluctuates anyways.

Nice app for keeping track of this data: https://www.kindara.com/app

Great book on FAM: http://www.amazon.com/Taking-Charge-Fertility-Anniversary-Edition/dp/0060881909

You probably don't need to though wikipedia is likely enough. In common use people mostly just use landmarks + directions (e.g. lesion located on inferior wall 1cm deep to the external opening of the vagina).

Going to need more details for intersex stuff. Different hormones, genes, anatomy?
