These testimonials really give me faith is ST warranties.... Looks like almost every good review is someone who hasn't yet had to utilize the service. I'd never buy a warranty from a place I can't physically go in and talk to someone about the issue.

Bring headphones (I listened to audio books). Make sure each team member has their regular department, and have a sign off so u know who did what and that it was finished without hunting them down. Plan your path through the department. With the paper tags u have to tear learn the order and tear them b4 u go out so u have a stack and dont have to tear as you go. I normally put the peg labels on lightly so they peel easy and for things that I know change every week I put a little hanging over so I can tear and go (some leaders dont like this). If you go with a Samsung beware that the holes to mount the soundbar are located on the bottom of the soundbar not on the back like they used to it. It comes with 2 L brackets so you can mount to the wall or above and below your tv. I had to use spare parts from other projects to get the soundbar mount connected to the L brackets. They are free spinning (which means the old hammer socket trick will not work on these). Never keep the key in the car unless you're going on a road trip. Just make sure you have AAA for towing incase you get a flat locally, so they can tow it home or tow it to the dealer. Gives you time to get your wheel key.
