It’s not specifically for plants, but it’s waterproof and in the range of the best strength(?) (6000-6500K) for plants according to what I was able to look up.

I actually got a super tiny one from amazon for like 7 bucks? Seeing how much extra product I was able to get out of tubes made it worth it for me. But I’ve also seen super tiny kitchen spatulas. If you’re really in a bind you can use q-tips and pitch them afterwards. It’ll be a bit messier on your hands, but hey, it works!
