Runaway Dream: Born to Run and Bruce Springsteen's American Vision by Louis P. Masur is pretty awesome. It offers some biographical information of the band from Greetings up through the making of Born To Run. Then it goes into a lyrical analysis of the songs off Born To Run to show how Bruce's songs build a world of storied myth.

How about a framed vinyl record? You can get record frames (for wall hanging) pretty cheaply and put a vinyl album or two in one. I have three myself.

Making of BTR. Has some great black and white and color video from shows in 73, 74 and 75. Nice to see it but also pisses me off because that stuff needs to be released.
