I just got these ones off Amazon, and as someone with thick thighs as well, they fit great! I got the L size, and using a garter I also got on Amazon to keep them up since they do ride down to my knees when I walk. I hope this helps though!

I bough mine online from a seller called Littleforbig, and they come blank in multiple color options so you can customize them how you want, or keep them plain! \^\^
Also, do what you want, it's up to you to use it as often as you prefer. I've had mine for months and I fall asleep with it in my mouth almost every single night with no dental issues lol.
