No actual SBC is going to handle GC or PS2 at playable speeds. I can't even get full speed PS2 on my NUC and that's got a kaby lake i3 that will run literal rings around any SBC.

You need a proper PC with a real discrete GPU for the stuff you're looking to emulate. It doesn't have to be expensive, but it absolutely won't be SBC-sized. And honestly, if you have full size indy 500 cabinets, you don't even need small.

Look for old off-lease dell optiplex towers on ebay. You should easily be able to find one with a sandy or ivy i5 for less than $200. You can add an RX560 for less than $100, or splurge on a refurb GTX1060 for not too much more. That will give you not only full-speed GC/PS2 emulation, but enough grunt to run some actual PC arcade racing games. You can go retro with some carmageddon or 1sane, or more recent arcade-y racers like burnout paradise or grid 2.

Not the awful Intel ones, I meant more like this: https://www.amazon.com/Upgrade-Fanless-DATARAM-Computer-Quad-core/dp/B07QKKHQPZ/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=3SDMYEYWE3V6W&keywords=azulle+access3&qid=1564058017&s=electronics&sprefix=azulle+acces%2Celectronics%2C153&sr=1-2-spons&psc=1

ETA Prime just did a video where he bought a $40 Wal-Mart pay-as-you-go phone and it ran n64 and Dreamcast.

EDIT: I HAVE this processor in the stick and it runs things okay. Heck I play Dark Souls on it in standard def.

BOOM! It connects pretty much any pad to PC/PS3/NS. The Amazon page.

This one is the one I was referring to, since it's the only one I've found people to actually state it works with the PCSX2 plugins allow for analog detection of all buttons.

The one you linked to probably does as well, but I haven't read anything to specifically state that it does.

Boom!

Just get one of those and then a standard 15 foot USB cable and there is your 30 foot run

this one is this the most versatile I know of. But I would rather use a ps4 or an xbox one controller if I could only pick one.
