This is the trophy my league started using. Got everyone to chip in for it and it's definitely something that people want to win. There's little plaques to get added for each new champion.
The previous champ made sure to show it off at the draft this year, and I think we're planning on doing a postseason meetup where we'll pass it off to the winner.

Failing that, go to Etsy or Deviant Art and find people that do wood carving and be prepared to pay a handsome price for something custom.
Alternatively, find somebody in school (perhaps an art teacher if not a student, or maybe the teacher can recommend a student) that can sculpt with real clay or polymer clay and commission them.
