Been using Ecco about 7 years now for all things professional. I currently have the low top boots which were more ideal for fast-paced hospitality service, so I'm back in the market to get a new pair of above-ankle Eccos. Make sure they say Gore-Tex, it's like a water proofing material.

These are my go to for those temps

Kinco Frost Breaker Thermal Knit Shell & Latex Palm Glove https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AT32IHA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QxuVDb635MJR0

They get me few a few hours of ramp work with my hands still being pretty comfortable. I only wear them outside work and they typically last me an entire winter. I wear something bulkier for when temps
get significantly below freezing.
