I would say the deck and wheels should be fine. I have a set of noahwood wheels and they're actually pretty good. But I would have to agree with everyone else on the trucks. Spend a few extra bucks and get these:

Oh man I had this Favorited and totally forgot about it. Creamy Good is now up there labeled "tape". Ya know, if I get a lot of suppliers around I'll start an "official" suppliers thread. Or at least keywords to search for. Like "3mm washers" or "3mm o-rings" and stuff like that.
creamy goo. The truly hard to find suppliers that aren't middle men are for trucks and wheels.

i bought a p-rep a couple years ago and it wasn’t that great imo. if you can spend just a little bit more i would suggest a skull fingerboard complete setup, they’re about $30 and the shape and quality was better than my old p-rep.

I use this earbud case which probably isn't optimal for every day carry because it's a little bulky but works fine for putting in a backpack or something

Yeah its tech deck, but its wood and these are the only ones Ive ever been able to find with the flat nose.

Use small sections of the casing from old apple ear buds for pivot cups. Take out the 4 cup washers from the bushings on the trucks and put them on the axles with cup side towards the truck, in between the wheels and the trucks. Replace the bushings with tiny o-rings and tiny washers. I got them at the hardware store. You can use earbud cable casing, stripped off of the wire.
