Kindly [see to] the usual legalities inherent in such instances. J. T.

Edit: this is apparently taken from a book you can find here: https://www.amazon.com/Bone-Chiller-Monk-Ferris/dp/0573619859

I did a Google and Google books showed just enough of the pertinent scene in that book for me to identify it, but it didn't show enough for me to get all the words I didnt' figure out on my own. There is apparently a photograph included in that scene but of course we don't see it here in this transcript.

Edit: the photograph is a group of people who rebus into a clue forthe phrase safety deposit box, which apparently is in Lucerne.

I managed to find Act 1 of this play in Pdf format and got this much so far. And thanks to Loopy_doop for the "number" and "older gemini" solutions.

Edit: I found act 2.
edit: I found act 3. Note that the safety deposit box number is taken from the initials of people in the house in this play. So, here is the final solution:

My friends, please bear with me. I belong to a club whose members enjoy dabbling in rebuses. Therefore I have decided to leave my vast fortune to anyone - friend, relative, or stranger - who can decode this, my final will and testament. You will find a large sum of Swiss francs in a safe deposit box in Lucerne. The number of which is 323582. Good luck to you all! P.S. You should know that I have been killed by an older twin in this very house. Kindly see to the usual legalities inherent in such instances. J T

Thanks!! I got it from amazon :) Its not iridescent in normal lighting, but it looks beautiful in the sunlight and with a concentrated light like the flash on my phone!

Looks like a Fashion Plate rubbing. You choose head, torso, legs and then rub a crayon over paper to get the image. Love the it when I was a kid!

If you like this there is a book called Milk Eggs Vodka: Grocery Lists Lost and Found by Bill Keaggy which is literally a book full of photocopies of grocery lists people lost with commentary by Keaggy. I checked it out from my library once and it's pretty funny and enjoyable to flip through for a while.
