I can even hold it if I have to. Even thought it is aimed at women if I were a man I'd still give it a try. I have been using this for 4 months and I dont have uncontrollable flare ups unless I eat red wine or spicy food. Normally I used to have flare ups with v8 but that is gone too. Im weird and actually like v8. Its cheap which is why I gave it a try to begin with and I am happy I did.
Try aloe. It’s helped me a ton! I take a gulp every morning and night. Maybe look for a smaller size to see if it helps first. :)

These are a life saver. There is a smaller single use version meant for cramps that is a bit more discreet but doesn’t cover as much area.

Alternative to IBGuard- Heather's Tummy Tamers ~ Peppermint Oil Capsules for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Works just as well for me, are more potent, and more for your money.
