Welcome aboard! I love that grill style, I wish they were that fancy on the 2018's. My car is under warranty and has the UVO assist. Plus my insurance has roadside care. I don't think I've changed a tire in the last 15 years. You might check your insurance and see if they provide roadside assistance. (It's pretty standard in full coverage packages these days.)

Now, if you're specifically looking for a donut you can get a kit for about $200 from amazon. It's your basic small driving radius spare and a jack. Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Kia-Soul-Spare-Tire-Kit/dp/B006VW0V2S

G'luck and welcome to the family!

If you are doing rideshare, you either need to invest in a water proof seat cover or an upholstery cleaner, hot water extractor type. This is the one I own:

Carpet Cleaning Machine | Rug Doctor Portable Spot Cleaner 5.5 Foot Hose https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00T31O22Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Ry4HDbJ8A82VZ

Since your rear seat is already dirty like that, I'd just get the upholstery cleaner. Should pull that stuff right out. Keep doing it until the water returning to the cleaner runs clear. The upside is your car will smell really good after this. I use a soap from Target that's meant for pet stains and it works wonderfully in the car.

Thanks, man. I'm currently using a Rexing V1, and have been pretty happy with it. I'll definitely give the Blueskysea a look.

I have the OEM all weather mats on my 2015. They should fit your 2016 as well. They stunk (rubber smell) for a week or two, but after being in the sun, it finally went away. It wasn't too awful, but slightly noticeable. They're great for the price, and they're an exact fit for the car - which was my main reason for getting the OEM ones.

Hey cruise control guy here. My understanding is that the computer system is preloaded with all the required software for any OEM features and it should work like plug and play on your PC.

I have also had an Avital remote starter installed in the car which comes with keyless entry as a feature. I already had it as a feature, but the Avital allows me to lock it without the lights or horn going if I want to be stealth about it. Like when you don't trust someone near your car but don't want to be obvious about it.

Also congratulations on your new Soul!

the way the front and rear bumpers go you would put strain on them, i use these on my 2014 front and back and they work pretty well

Well I wasn't able to find my old pictures, it has been a few years since I messed with those lights so I probably deleted them.

This is the load resistor I put into the rear top brake light:
https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/car-install-supplies/led-light-load-resistor-kit-led-turn-signal-hyper-flash-warning-fix/190/831/
This goes across the two wires + and - feeding the brake light so that the load and light are in parallel. Don't do it in series, and I recommend soldering the connections. I attached this to the light itself and not the wiring feeding the light. It was easier to do this way since you can work on a bench.

For the tail light grounds here's what I can suggest. If you pull the light off now and look at the vehicle side socket there will be one pin missing. This is where the LED ground is for the new lights. You can use a multi meter to find the current ground, which should be right below that missing pin. When you get the LED lights you will bridge those two wires on the taillight side.

Also, if you're interested I have a set of OEM front fender repeaters which I would be willing to sell you. They look like this, but you can paint them black with a little effort.
https://www.amazon.com/10-13-Kia-Fender-Markers-Repeater/dp/B01I3Y845M

IF you really need the pictures it might take me some time to get them since I have to pull things apart.

Thanks! I only replaced the headlights and daytime running lights, I haven’t really figured out a way to get to the fog lights and just left the turn signals alone. The daytime running lights are good, and the headlights are pretty similar to the halogens, but I do think I should redo my headlight because they keep triggering the warning that my headlights are low after about a month. I’ll get better pictures later today.

If it's just skin oils then plain old soap and water should help. Use a car soap though, dish soap will strip wax.

You might try something like this if you're on a budget and have some DIY about you.
