You're asking price is in excess of full retail on a C+ grade knife with a stripped screw.
Also, it's basically a $60 knife (New) if you aren't super picky about the steel. This one below is 14C28N.

Curtiss makes a Similar styled pouch. There are a bunch on bladehq under knife accessories>attaches and cases. my favorite pouch I've found is the chums shade shelter. they're made for sunglasses but they're made so when zipped up the zipper is covered on the inside. so no worries of getting scratched in case. they are the only cases I've found with that feature. avoid the fleece lined cases. the strands can come loose and get in the knife. unnecessary annoyance. if you want something like the Kizer as in the amount of pockets I can't think of anything similar other than the actual kizer pouch
