It's all about the 'vibe' of the bathroom... they can be really great, or can be kinda claustrophobic and disorienting (that's just how bathrooms sometimes are while tripping!). Create a positive shower setting beforehand and it can be awesome, especially at doses around the 200-300ug range, where you're tripping balls but still functional enough to be in control of your movements and generally aware of what you're doing.

First off do you have a translucent shower curtain or frosted glass? One cool thing to do is to put one of these into your bathroom light fixture, and slightly unscrew any remaining lights so it's pitch dark except for the LED light casting crazy projections of light on everything.

Also bring a portable speaker/sound system in and put on some chill music - personally my playlist of Gramatik, Bonobo, Blockhead, RJD2, Pretty Lights seems to go really well with that vibe.

Alternatively get like 5 or 10 glowsticks with hooks/eyeholes on one end. Tie them at intervals along a piece of string, and string it up in your shower overhead for some really cool ambient lighting.

I plan answering all drug questions as honestly as being age appropriate allows. But I'm sure as shit going to teach them that the drug war is wrong.

There is nothing lamer to teenagers than the shit your parents like. We're seeing this already for pot in Colorado and Washington as we've seen it in the Netherlands for decades. Legalization drops teen use dramatically. I assume that my own enthusiasm will dampen theirs.

Get the strong feeling of being a part of this universe next time you trip (if you trip again shrooms might be the better choice). Also i think your real crisis is obvious: You seak a worldview. I think THIS is what would really really help you. Go for it and speak about your new insights with your councilor. You will be happier and more fullfilled than prior the experience. But dont try to get religious, thank you.

They both work totally fine. The first one I have linked is a bit higher quality than the second from my experience (I actually have both in my room). If you only need to cover 16 or so feet than go with the first. If you need 33 ft. I'd say go with the 2nd option- that ones a 33 footer that has real good performance for price ratio.

I listened to the audio book while driving across the country to burning man. It's a good dive into some of the history of LSD and to a greater extent MDMA. If you're into what MAPS is doing, check this out.

I take up to 6-800mg on the days leading up to and the day of the trip. If you start a few days before you can adjust the dose if you start getting loose stool from taking too much.

I used to get a lot of tension in my legs/feet when tripping but not anymore.

I bought a 6 pack of amber colored, glass bottles off amazon. Only 6 bucks. These come with eye droppers, but they have no markings on them. I bought one seperately, also from amazon.

To mix them, I buy vodka from a liquor store. You can use water, but do NOT use tap water as it has chlorine that will immediately destroy LSD. I've also read that water degrades LSD more over time than alcohol, hence my choice. I use the dropper to measure out how much solution I want to use to put into the container, along with however many tabs I want to put in with it. Let it sit for a few days (swirl contents now and again) and voila.
