Big Version / Pocket Version
From the little I know, grow lights are always a function of distance to the source. LEDs (generally) have to be closer to the plant and HID (high intensity discharge) get hot as heck and may need ventilation but you can keep them a bit higher.
Fluorescent lights (like T5) are pretty efficient and are cooler than HID but less intense.
An option for a monstera would be a spotlight LED. Easy to adjust the height and you don't need a ton of "spread" for one plant.
And you can just use a regular bulb fixture on an on/off automatic timer.
If I was going to buy a new light for my windowsil again.
I'd buy this one and see how it does. Might need 2 but it seems like an okay deal.
My Monstera came like this and it was already vining which made it even droopier so I attached it to a moss pole with plant-safe velcro (this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057567U0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) zip ties work too, just make sure you are not attaching them too tightly, leave plenty of space so you don't cause circulation issues :)

It's actually put out a huge leaf! double the size of the other leaves. I place it near a East window as I do not have any South facing windows and I put it under a growlight as well. Never seen those before! They could be fine, although most of the moss poles I’ve seen are much thicker because they’re PVC wrapped in moss/coir.
