Reading: Tribe, by Sebastian Junger. Already half way through it. Introspection on society and war and anxiety/PTSD/depression... It's just wild.

Watching: Ozark on Netflix. Wild show, and pretty engaging.

Listening to: CONVERGE, "Eve." probably give most people an aneurism, but CONVERGE is one of the most talented and influential bands of it's genre. Totally get disimssing it as "ah, screaming" but they teach their album Jane Doe at Berklee College of Music. Their lead singer Jacob Bannon does all the art too, which... The cover for Jane Doe is iconic

Anyway, I listen to everything from Ravel to Rammstein to Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Rihanna (okay maybe not Rihanna), but that harcore/metal has always had a special place in my heart, and their new album sounds amazing.

Hello! I assume you are looking to read Plato, unfortunately Socrates left us no written material himself. Stanford University maintains a brilliant and well documented encyclopedia of Philosophy where you can read about both the historical Socrates and the Socrates as presented in Plato's dialogues. If you'd prefer something written the most popular translation is John Coopers Plato the Complete Works.

Listening to Elgar’s Enigma Variations on a rainy autumn day. Lately I’ve been watching Meat Eater on Netflix; gorgeous show, even if the gear is not terribly trad. I’m currently reading The Complete Practical Encyclopedia of Bonsai, by Ken Norman.

De nada, here's the raws I bought and here's the wheat. Both are fairly soft, comfortable jeans right off the bat and on the lighter side for denim in terms of both color and weight.

If you're OK with quartz, you could get this Seiko which is basically a Datejust homage. They also made an automatic version, I can't find the model number right now the SNJX90, but it's been discontinued for a while and they do command a bit of a premium.

I don't soak my clothes but I use color catchers in loads and I've been able to mix colors without them fucking up my other clothes. I've mixed reds and whites all the time with no worries (though if its a new item, I handwash it first and then throw a shit ton of catchers in the machine) https://www.amazon.com/Shout-Color-Catcher-Dye-Trapping-Cloths/dp/B0000DIWJF
