The handles on the server chassis may get in the way. If it slides in, guess that be good enough. just won't be flush due to the screws holding the shelving in. I could look into swapping out the handles on the server chassis from 4u to like 1u or something, then it can become flush. This need 1u of free space on the bottoms of where the handles goes. I have come up with a list of parts.

No that's a Smart Plug, TP Link HS 110 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0178IC5ZY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Dual benefit with it, monitor power consumption and can power down the plug from anywhere for a hard reboot if she freezes. Rated at 1800 watts.
But yea the Mining software is sorta redundant. I just like seeing the list of cards when I boot the rig up lol. It does have shortcuts to virtual mem, auto launch app (I have mine starting a batch file to launch w/e is needed on boot)
Mobo - Biostar Motherboard TB250-BTC
CPU - Intel 3.70 GHz Core i3-6100
Risers - Mailiya 6-Pack PCIe Dual Chip PCI-E 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Card w/ 60cm USB 3.0 Extension Cable & 6 Pin PCI-E to SATA Power Cable
PSU - Corsair AXi Series, AX1200i
On the motherboard, you can fiddle with all the BIOS settings regarding mining, etc. I got hung up because I chose "6 cards" for mining. It did a weird POST screen and wouldn't boot. I put it on "More than 6" and it works fine (even though I only have 6).
On the Power Supply, you can just get any PSUs or any 1200W. I did notice it was pulling just over 1000W the other night but I didn't check which algorithm it was doing. There is another Corsair 1200W for $50 less than mine. I don't know the difference, but it wasn't available when I ordered, so I just threw down for $300.
Good luck! Let me know if you run into trouble and I'll look at my settings or whatever.

Yikes, that is rather close for 6x1070s. I would have bought a 1200W PSU just to be safe, as this one will be running at almost 100% capacity 24/7. You can always use a Molex to 6-pin adapter like the one shown here on Amazon. I would avoid adapting SATA to 6-pin if possible though, those can be a fire hazard if you are drawing too much current. If you are out of spots on the actual PSU, you can use a splitter, but again, make sure to be careful you are not pulling too much current or it could pose a fire hazard.
Next time, remember to take your total system TDP and multiply by at least 1.3 to properly size your power supply. In your case, 6x150w for the 6 1070s, then add an extra 50 watts for the cpu. So your sytem TDP is about 950. 950 * 1.3 = 1235. So, you should have gone with a 1200W power supply. If you still have the box, maybe return it and size up a bit.

I've been using these with good luck. I had one that didn't make it through the wave solderer correctly and had some bad solder joints on the power connection. I repaired it easily enough but Mintcell fired off a new one immediately anyway, so they take care of their customers well enough.
Get the 1x pcie extensions with the molex or sata power addition. Like these and you should be fine; https://www.amazon.com/6-Pack-PCI-E-Powered-Adapter-Extension/dp/B01GU94QSQ/ref=pd_bxgy_147_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=Y7XTF33VT1XJJB2FAQQJ
I just bought one of these https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B000RUL2UU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 will that help?
I use TP-Link, the ones I use also tell me what the power draw is.
TP-Link Smart Plug w/ Energy Monitoring, No Hub Required, Wi-Fi, Works with Alexa and Google Assistant, Control your Devices from Anywhere (HS110) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0178IC5ZY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_sJUbAbM0XNBR3
Something like this can connect to your wireless network and provide access then via the single Ethernet port. Connect that single port to a switch and voila.

I personally think 6 pin risers are the way to go - here is what I use:
MintCell 6-Pack PCIe 6-Pin 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Card w/ 60cm USB 3.0 Extension Cable & 6-Pin PCI-E to SATA Power Cable - GPU Riser Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZY2R85P?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
You do NOT use the sata cable that comes with it- just plug into the 6 pin directly from psu (vga port on psu)
Yep, big pcie slots work just the same as the little ones
It's an adapter, here's a link . I've purchased one from this seller and it works well
Even cheaper option: https://www.amazon.com/Whitmor-Tier-Pair-Floor-White/dp/B005KC6DY0/ref=sr_1_8?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1519652215&sr=1-8&keywords=plastic+shoe+rack
You can see pictures of it in use here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Open-Air-Mining-Rig-Frame-Case-Holds-up-to-13-GPUs-FREE-2-3-DAY-SHIPPING/222811237119?hash=item33e095aaff:g:a8UAAOSwtDdaargb
Edit: NOT my ebay posting. I saw it a while back and gave me the idea to search for it on Amazon.
The best way to deal with heat in my experience is to get it out of your house. To that end, I bought a 6" inline blower fan and some insulated 6" duct tubing. I placed the blower fan next to my PC, and it immediately sucks the hot air out of the case and shoves it out of my house.
I hooked up the tubing to an extra outlet vent I had in the house (which was an old furnace vent no longer in use). But you could also hook it up to your dryer vent or you could cut a new hole in your exterior walls, if you're serious about this business. Or you could just run it out your window?
I have this rack and can confirm it is very heavy duty.
https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Equipment-Capacity-SR4POST25/dp/B004OB8T72
I also picked up the casters for this, a PDU, and a shelf or two.
Rails mount to the side of the server and fit into those slots. Most of your installation time will be spent on getting the rails setup but mostly due to a bit of a learning curve. All of my servers came with rails but you will need one rated for a 4U and weight load.
If you're on 120v, you should consider running your servers off 240.
have you check out PCIe Extenders
I have water cooled AIO units. Keeps things quiet.

If it is looking like a problem with the board, I do have an older socket 1155 board, but it inly has 2 pcie slots. Does anyone here have experience with the pcie extender cards? If i could throw one or even two of these on that socket 1155 board, id be back in business.

Just put one of these directly in front of your video cards. You'll probably need two for a 6+ GPU rig.

It’s very economical and you don’t have to pay overpriced miner prices!
You have choices (assuming you have a power button on your mobo, if you don't you can set the bios to turn on after power loss which will auto power on when Mobo tastes power):
Add2PSU: connects two PSUs and has a switch on it, I think this is a waste of money
Cheap https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B013HTWI9G/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 : This connects the one PSU to the Mobo and then grounds the other one with the first one to turn on at the same time (I use these in a few rigs)
Lastly: EVGA power supplies come with a little plug that will ground your power supply to itself to turn on with it's own switch, I used these for a while too and can be bought separately and it's called a "self tester" I also used these a lot... Main PSU to board, 2nd PSU self grounded, startup order was 2nd PSU ON --> Main PSU ON --> Computer ON (and in reverse for shut down)
These are crudely written but should give enough information to dive in further on your own with google
two PSU's is totally fine and some people say it's bad without a valid proof, and there is a connection cable that can operate 2 psus
this is it https://www.amazon.com/Female-Power-Supply-Motherboard-Adapter/dp/B013HTWI9G/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1497158246&sr=8-4&keywords=2+psu+cable
and there is a converting cord that comes with nvidia cards 6+6=>8 that works when you don't have enough 6+2 cables in your PSU.
motherboard for Intel I put in celerons just to be cheep and keep price low my next build will be the 12 with 6 amd and 6 nvidia but 8 or the 6 boards are good too have had no problems with them
