These headphones and this cable work great. I was able to get the headphones a little cheaper than what's listed now.
I use [this] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KMVHB6M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_uIj3DbFWCEC6J) video card and didn't have problems running Rift games.
I switched from a Rift to a Quest, and using the Link cable it's relatively the same experience. However, I bought a Rift after my switch and have enjoyed both on the same video card.
I extended mine 6 feet and the USB with no issues. Here are the cables I used: Display port extension cable and USB 3.0 extension cable . Not 20 feet, but at least you know it can be done.
