There's one 3rd party controller that has a headset plugin on it, that I know of. It's about $25.

I have one, I havent played with it too much yet, but it feels pretty decent. It is wired though, and has no rumble. It definitely doesn't feel as good as a pro controller, but... it's also a third of the price.
And as other people said, bluetooth headsets that have a USB dongle also work perfectly fine.
The cable you need has a male trrs and a female trrs. Like this one, if you're using Amazon in the US. If it says "microphone compatible" in the description, you're good.
This is for using the headset jack on the console. The pro controller can't output sound.
