This is the absolute cheapest build that can run games at decent settings at 900p/1080p.I wouldn't recommend going any lower than these specs.

Processor : i3 4160 / i3 4150

Motherboard : (Any lga 1150 mobo will do) [Asus h81m cs]

Ram : (Any 8 GB DDR 3) [Crucial 8gb]

PSU : [Corsair VS450]
(https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00X8QBT6M/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AWO781LMQ8MJ4) (450 watts atleast , though you may want to upgrade. Buy only from trusted vendors like corsair even though there are cheaper options because they might not be the safest.)

Graphics Card : RX 460 or GTX 1050 (I wouldn't recommend 750 Ti or even anything lower than these two.)

HDD : (Depends on your usage) [WD Blue 1 TB]

Ok, for virtual machines, RAM is key. 16 GB RAM is ideal. Also, look at the reliability of Kingston for SSD. I use the Samsung EVO line for SSD and haven’t had problems with it. You don't want to cheap out on the SSD. Its just a little cheaper than the Samsung, but the difference isn't that much. Instead, I would reconsider your choice of GPU.

Are you going to use a 4K monitor any time soon? For just using a 4k display, a 1060 is good enough. But for 4k gaming, a 1060 will be a major disappointment. 4k gaming can only be done with a 1070 (with low-medium settings) or 1080 (medium to high settings).

So, if you are limited to 1080p gaming, get a 1050 or 1060. Next, if you are limited to 1080p gaming, why bother with 6GB ram on the card? Get a lower RAM spec 1050 or 1060 instead. I use a 3 GB Geforce 960 and it is good enough for Doom 2016 on medium-high settings on 1080p. However, I don't recommend the 9 series any more as it is too old (unless you're really constrained by budget)

Consider these two options ..

GeForce GTX1060 3GB which is approx 21k

GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB which is under 15k
https://www.amazon.in/Zotac-GeForce-ZT-P10510B-10L-Express-Graphics/dp/B01M27X994

I can personally vouch for the Zotac brand for GPUs. I have used 2 in the past and they were both very reliable.

I will never recommend MSI for motherboards. I have had very bad experiences with MSI and Gigabyte. Only ASUS has been reliable in all of the builds I've made for myself and others.

edit: added recommendations and price for GPUs
