I sleep super hot, my head especially so I feel you, I've tried all kinds of pillows and more often than not just find myself disappointed and out a decent amount of cash.

But I did some research and got a buckwheat pillow and I've been pretty happy. https://www.amazon.com/Beans72-Organic-Buckwheat-Pillow-inches/dp/B000F1FL9E/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=buckwheat+pillow+20x30&qid=1563528508&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1

Now it's not gonna stay cool forever, but if you flip it over then that side is cool and the warm side will cool off a lot quicker so when you need to flip again/rotate it, you'll be good.

I actually like the feeling of the buckwheat, I don't really like soft pillows so it worked great for me. But it does kind of "conform" to your if they're pretty loose, but it is def firmer than most pillows I'd say. It's heavy though lol so if you're sharing a bed with someone, be careful when flipping it in the middle of the night.

If he likes Sci-Fi, he should definitely check out Red Rising. It's a pretty easy read and sort of morphs into a sci fi game of thrones later on, where there are multiple groups fighting to rule over the galaxy.

I don't think this is true. The original proprietor is still on the hook for all the debts incurred while he was the owner of the business as these are personal debts. The new owner would only be liable if he agrees to take on the liabilities. This process would involve sitting down with the original owner's creditors to work out some kind of deal to transfer those debts.

Furthermore, if the business is organized as a sole proprietor, I would set up the business as an LLC to avoid unlimited personal liability especially considering the nature of a gym (people getting injured).

To OP: This is a great beginner's guide to starting/running a business. The book is called "Small Time Operator".

I am reading American Sniper (which has a movie adaptation coming out). It is the autobiography of Chris Kyle, a sniper with the most confirmed kills in US Military history (150), he talks about his childhood, and his missions in Iraq. He shots he has had to take, the friends he's lost...

I read and definitely recommend A Brief History of Time: The Updated and Expanded Tenth Anniversary Edition by Stephen Hawkings. As you can tell by the name of the book it talks about the universe, black holes, the possibility of worm holes/white holes. Stephen Hawking really knows how to write a book.

I have yet to get to it, but I recommend The Divine Comedy (written in the 1300s). It is an Epic Poem about Dante Alighieri travels through Hell (Inferno), Purgatory (Purgatorio), and Heaven (Paradiso).

Edit: Does someone hate these books?
