I recently bought these for my SE 24. Fit great, dropped right in and the tuners themselves are slick. Protip - you can swap the tuner knobs with the originals so they look stock. Happy modding!
I’ve had two intermediate-level guitars with this setup in them and I think you’d be quite happy with it for what you’re looking to achieve. It’s also an appropriate amount to spend on an instrument of that value; it’ll give you a great tone and spending much more would be a diminishing return.
I can help with this one! I did the same thing a couple of months ago. I ordered these from Amazon but I had to order them twice because only the front pickup ring was the correct depth.
