Probably if you're talking about the thin plastic ones like this... https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B074DVF48M/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1505018810&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=ultra+pro+deck+box&dpPl=1&dpID=417yKdxbkgL&ref=plSrch
My BCW boxes fit fine. I did grab a few of the Pirate Lab deckboxes. They come in sets of 5 and fit perfectly. That being said, I'm sure ultra pros fit.

I bought this pack of sticker paper.

I gathered images from mtgproxy.net. I rescaled them a bit after testing on regular paper. I think it was plus or minus around 10%, can’t remember.

If you’re adept with Photoshop or the like (I think I just used Preview), you can crop out just the images to fit more on one page to save sticker paper.

To print, make sure to adjust your printer settings. The first sheet I printed smeared a ton and had white specks everywhere. In printer settings (varies by printer), you can select different types of paper. I didn’t see a sticker paper option so I chose Matte finish and the thickest option it had. Worked great!

I then whipped out some scissors, and that’s it!

Dude just put your cards in a ziplock and toss it in your backpack.

Jk I uses these (Ultimate Guard Stack 'n' Safe Deck Box (480 Cards) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BBYEAZ0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_F5WLBbJY3TNA7) I have two in my backpack. It's a little bulky but they work well and were pretty inexpensive. I just keep a slot open for dice and some tokens.

Some adjustable hardware storage boxes can hold decks etc. i.e. This Stanley 10 Removable Bin Compartment Deep Professional Organizer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001G1CUK0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_IL9Fzb1B84WGR obviously this one is too small but you get the idea. I saw some guy have like 10+ commander decks in something like this

$25 on Amazon doesn't go far when you're buying commons. The sellers there pay much higher fees than on TCGPlayer and the card prices will reflect that.

A $.90 card costs $1.20, $2.80 costs $3.40, $0.70 costs $1.11, etc. The $15 white tokens deck /u/tommamus linked is just shy of $30 on Amazon.

I'd steer you towards buying something like sleeves instead. Those are around 40% off what my shop charges. Funnily enough, I bought mono-w tokens in the shop a few weeks ago and it was ~40% cheaper in the shop than it would have been if I ordered it from Amazon.

As others have posted, cheap sleeves might not be what you want. However, to answer your question, penny sleeves may be worth a look. They got their name because you can get ~100 of them for roughly a dollar

The newest set of boxes are the Ultimate Guard ones, right?

They've really taken over the market IMO, on deckboxes at least, and maybe as the second on sleeves behind Dragon Shield...Ultra Pro has really gone to shit and KMC is really inconsistent what with the corporate-level sell-off and different stores having old (good) and new (bad) stock.

Might I recommend a Arkhive to keep those deckboxes in, or at least a few standard-sized Xenoskin boxes as your next purchase? Those are my personal favourites of the range (well, the 100+ version of the standard-sized, for EDH, anyway!).
