Something like this that has the threaded buckle thing on the front, so it’s not depending on Velcro. Every Velcro brave I’ve used has come apart when I bend down. I can’t vouch for this one, just an example.

These are some things I used and I can only recommend:

bed rail
See if you can wrap your hands around one of your legs and use the other to swing yourself back and forth / control how quickly you lay down. It really helped me, especially since I didn’t want to/couldn’t turn on my sides. Best of luck, these are the toughest parts of the recovery.

I’m three months post op and also have two bars. I’ve been wearing this bra from amazon and it’s the softest thing I’ve been able to find. I also bought a bra extender so it’s looser around my ribs. Hope it helps you too!
In an effort to improve my posture I got myself one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bodi-Tek-BT-BMAG-Back-Magic/dp/B001V5INF2. I lie on it for ten minutes a day and it seems to help withback aches, unsure if it's a good fit for your problems but it may be worth reading about.
This is the brand I used, I can generally only wear for 6 hours a day without it being too painful, but that with pilates to fix posture definitely helped.

I can't fall asleep on my back with my chin tucked unless I use a Posture Pump for 15 minutes about 20 minutes before bed.
