Everything can be found on Amazon, but the brand websites have a lot more detail if you are want it. But generally, I usually recommend the Powerstep Pinnacle or Protech, and either the Superfeet Blue or Black. Hope it helps!

You'll want to confirm in person with a podiatrist, but from how you describe it it sounds like a tailors bunion.

Treatment usually starts with padding, NSAIDS, and corticosteroid injections. If it's bad enough, there are surgical procedures to correct it.

Best of Luck!

Duck tape treatment for warts is controversial. You'd be better off getting an OTC salycylic acid patch/band-aid/sticker to directly apply on the wart. Here's a good recommendation:

New balance goes that wide, and it would probably be a good idea to take out the insert that comes with it and replace it with a extra thick pressure relief insole like this http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0050DY32I/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1449946997&sr=8-3&pi=SL75_QL70&keywords=new+balance+insole

You could even cut out a hole in the insert under where the bone in the arch protrudes so it's not taking as much pressure over the callus area. Buy shoe half size bigger to fit an insert like that.

These were the pads I tried.

As far as taping goes, will this provide the same benefit?

Update:

After my 2 cortisone shots, I got a second opinion and the guy just shrugged and said "if you want to get surgery, go for it, nothing else can be done if the first two shots didn't help. You can try wider shoes too" so I tried a crapton of shoes and got new soccer shoes and new running shoes and new walking shoes. I abused the Amazon free to return thing and ended up trying and returning like 15 pairs, but it ended up with the 3 I needed. I also got amazon silicone toe spacers and I think that those 2 things caused my symptoms to go away enough to not require surgery. I'm not in pain, it's just an odd tweaking feeling, but its less and less now, due to shoes and the silicone spacers. I wear the spacers every day and notice the difference if I don't. Here are the two types I bought:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00K41PQL8/ref=mp_s_a_1_15_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1468635919&sr=8-15&keywords=silicone+toe+separators&pi=SY200_QL40 (my fave)

And: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B018CDSMGU/ref=mp_s_a_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1468635957&sr=8-17&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=silicone+toe+separators&dpPl=1&dpID=31i0ErIQ-fL&ref=plSrch
I cut these down a little because there's a lot of unnecessary material at the bottom.

That's exactly how I figured out I have flat feet. I ended up buying these...

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004VF5QJK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The left one feels magical, but the right one becomes uncomfortable after a few hours. Do you think I should buy the 430 ones that the machine recommended?
