Why the interest? I read [this fantastic book] (https://www.amazon.com/Soccernomics-England-Germany-Australia-Destined/dp/1568584814) recently, and became interested. Occasionally, I've noticed the table in the Sunday New York Times, and now I've started to become more and more fascinated.
Fellow American enticed into EPL fandom by my eldest daughter, a Liverpool fan. She got me "Bloody Confused," a book by an American Sportswriter who was also just getting in to the premier league (his Brit GF was the impetus). I found it very useful, and a good and funny read. You might like it as well. https://www.amazon.com/Bloody-Confused-Clueless-American-Sportswriter/dp/0767928083
Mountain Time Zone is the sweet spot. I just started watching EPL this year when I got cable it and it was perfect. Saturday and Sunday I get to wake up, walk the dog and then get back-to-back matches. And now that Amazon Fire has NBCSN, you can pick and choose your matches (helpful for watching Bournemouth earlier this year before everyone started paying attention). I've noticed a lot of them end up on replay pretty quickly on that app, so it's worth your $40: http://www.amazon.com/Amazon-W87CUN-Fire-TV-Stick/dp/B00GDQ0RMG/
