This has been pretty typical for almost every Puscifer release since the first V record. Usually one version (and it's usually the vinyl version) will have an extra track or two that the other versions don't.
The CD and vinyl include "Simultaneous - Twin Limb Mix" but only the vinyl version contains "MoneyShot – Chris Schleyer Mix".
I would imagine this is done because Maynard Keenan knows that die-hard fans of his will buy every version. It's also worth noting that it's usually the digital version that gets the short end of the stick.
