https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077SY7J6F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I absolutely love them. I put off ordering BarMitts for so long because they are so expensive, but I found these and they are much more reasonably priced. They do a great job of keeping my hands warm. This morning it was 43F and I was wearing my lightest gloves and my hands were fine.

It is still pretty easy to shift, but you have to do it totally by feel because you can't see what you are doing (obviously). That said my commute is pretty flat, and with the electric assist, I don't change gears very often, so YMMV.

I'm 6'4'' and 34 inch inseam with a wagon, I bought a cheap third party 450mm seatpost because the stock one was too short, no issues after that. The bike comes with a height adjustable stem that helps to dial in the fit.

I got the overdrive. It supports 2 bikes. I think they make it for just 1 bike as well.

I just ordered some assorted length m6 bolts on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PV9536J?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and found some 1 inch steel spacers at a hardware store

Check out TRP HY/RD brakes. They're hydraulic, but cable actuated. You'll also need a short pull adapter for use with your mountain levers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073CCKD85/. Your stock discs are 180mm.

Stem.

That is what I got. It works but I may get one with slightly more rise for our other radrunner.

My $2500 VanMoof came with the shittiest bell I’ve ever used too. I bought this one on Amazon and I’m happy with it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DETTUEK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DxyTDbZEHANJA

Sorry to hear it! I got this lock.

ABUS Granit X-Plus 540/160 HB 300, 12" - U-Lock https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HN47JZU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_skBnDbVJZ5C0M

Big and heavy. But I only lock my bike in a bike cage in a monitored loading dock area.
