I noticed a big difference once I switched to the CeraVe PM lotion, which I figured was from the extra niacinamide.

This is the sunscreen I bought. It's SPF 50+/PA ++++ (the Amazon page has it mislabeled as PA +++). Honestly, I'm not too concerned about having a crazy high SPF/PA rating, but I wanted to try this sunscreen because I heard it has a nice, lightweight texture that absorbs easily. I will definitely repurchase :)

OCM is.. amazing. I want to experiment with making my own oil cleanser with pure argan oil + an emulsifier eventually.

The AHA/BHA cream is 15%.. I'm not sure what the breakdown is for AHA or BHA alone :/ Is there a particular BHA that you would recommend? I'm just trying to use this stuff up right now.

Not on the skin no, in a test tube (in vitro) with full access to the mites. In humans (in vivo) the mites are inside the pores and there will be debris (dead skin, sebum, sebaceous filaments, fine hairs) in the way.

It is more likely repeat treatments with good hygiene will clear the mites. One of the other articles I posted discusses a protocol for treating patients with eyelid infestation and it involves hygiene (nobody is saying we are dirty, it's normal to have this in the pores). The hygiene extends to head hair, ears and bed linen since the mites can move around. It does appear that tea tree oil encourages the mites to come out of the pore so they can more easily be cleansed away, not just kill them.

100% tea tree essential oil is very harsh and NEVER to be applied to bare skin. 50% is somewhat harsh and there is a risk of sensitising yourself/ causing an allergy over time. It is very much something to discuss with medical professionals or research well.

There are rosaceans treating themselves each daily or a couple of times a week and reporting success - early success may be partly tea tree oil's anti inflammatory properties. But a couple of these have severe rosacea so have gotten desperate enough to take risks. Personally I am looking to purchase a [commercial tea tree oil cream] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001CKB1P0/) with a high percentage of the active component.
