I use Spigen slim armor card case. Its not a wallet case but I can usually store up to 2 cards and a couple bills folded flat in there. Anything more it might start bulking in the back. Otherwise Ive been using spigens products and have been more than great. Ive used this case even when I used an iphone before i switched to android.

As for screen protector I use the armorsuit. It covers the edges nicely and fits with the case. Ive had this screen protector for about 3 to 4 months now and still responsive and working great!

I just got this case yesterday and love it! It is as good as an OtterBox (although it does not have the plastic screen protector) for less than half the price. $17.99 @ Amazon

I am using an Armorsuit screen protector, which is also pretty cool. Installation is a bit daunting but it seems to be great so far. Good luck.

Here's the protectors I got.

Nice and clear, application was a bit of a pain. Followed the video exactly and still had to try several times to get it on right, but it's still not perfect. Unfortunately, they don't give you enough solution for multiple attempts, so I can't even try again.

Quality wise, they are pretty good, not great. Still have that squishy, gel-like feel, but I guess that's just film. Next time, I'll be going glass.

I picked up this case:
http://www.amazon.com/Spigen%C2%AE-PREMIUM-Premium-Protective-Samsung/dp/B01B1I6JMM

Wireless charging works great with it on, and the case is very nice. I like it. Often I buy a few cases before I find one I like, I think I did well on my first try with this phone.

I use [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01ACXRZNY/ref=sxts3?ie=UTF8&qid=1469317605&sr=3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65) with my unicorn beetle pro case. The case friendly version slightly lifted up with this case, but this screen protector has stayed on perfect and covers the entire screen. A lot of people like the skinomi or iq shields as well.

u/Inoimispel · 1 pointr/S7Edge

I got the unicorn beetle from amazon. Cheap but built surprisingly well. It is designed with a bezel the clicks into place around the the front of the screen and holds down the edges to any screen protector you add.

I got the Zagg soft screen protector but I see the Yootech gets excellent reviews on Amazon for a fraction of the price.

u/hbomb4444 · 2 pointsr/S7Edge

I tried several screen protectors from amazon and the're garbage. Do yourself a favor and head over to best buy and have them put the geek squad one on. It cost me $30 CDN but it's the only option that isn't crap and they guarantee it. I have this case and it's fantastic. https://www.amazon.ca/Spigen%C2%AE-Resilient-Ultimate-protection-impacts/dp/B01A7IDHOU/ref=sr_1_5?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1466553684&sr=1-5&keywords=s7+edge+case

I use Spigen Rugged Armor and Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal.

They provide good protection without adding much bulk. The rugged armor feels a bit better than the neo hybrid crystal but the neo hybrid crystal is transparent and sometimes I just love looking at this gorgeous back.

u/umjammerlammy · 5 pointsr/S7Edge

I use this case, dropped it a few times and it's protected the phone back and edges.

I use this in tandem with the case, best screen protector on the market.

Reposting from a previous discussion with an update:

I've gone through the following:

Zagg InvisibleShield HD Dry - too soft. accidentally have something in my pocket that puts the slighest pressure on the screen and the screen protector would develop bumps and wrinkles that would not self-heal.

Skinomi TechSkin - exactly the same

Spigen Curved Crystal Film - thought I'd try a PET film since I had such lousy luck with with the other two. I ignored the bad reviews (all saying that the curved sides would not keep their adhesion to the edges of the screen) figuring those folks just weren't as good at putting on screen protectors as I am. Nope, they were right. I couldn't keep the sides down, either, and dust started working its way under the protector.

IQ Shield LiquidSkin - maybe I was just getting better at applying these "soft" screen protectors, but this one stuck to the curved edges better than the previous two and also seemed to be less dent/wrinkle prone than the other two. Alas, it eventually got some bad "dents" in it so it had to go.

Best Skins Ever Glossy Case-Fit - Got one of these based on a recommendation from /u/zkyevolved the last time I posted this info. I've had it on now for about two months and it is holding up well. Once again, maybe I'm just better at applying them now but the edges have stuck like a champ with no signs of pulling up. They certainly are cheap enough, so I'm probably going to buy another one of these for when I inevitably feel the need to replace the one currently on my phone.

I have the Unicorn Beetle by Supcase and the Caseology Parallax. Both great. Using the Caseology one right now.

Parallax

So far for me only two screen protectors have worked, otterbox alpha glass and iq shield which has a lifetime warranty. There are tons of other good options but almost none of them will fit with a case.

iQ Shield

Otterbox Alpha glass

I recently bought an armorsuit screen protector. The tempered glass protectors aren't really great for the s7 edge, mostly because I've heard that they don't stay on properly with the curved display. This one is pretty good quality, and it has a set up video that you can watch if you aren't an expert at applying screen protectors. Comes with the protector, cleaning/application fluid, a squeegee, and a microfiber cloth with instructions.

I just got this case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A7IDHOU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

Works well, and I still have edge functionality. I've been using the edge night clock, and with DND on I don't get any notifications. TBH I wasn't sure I'd like it, but I definitely do.

Sure, this one, from yootech

Out of all of the cases I've used so far, it seems to be holding up the best against my case & my pocket.

Since April, these are the ones I've used, not including the one this thread is about:

  • hama 2/5 not bad but 100% not case friendly
  • ScreenKnight 2/5 Great screen protector but doesn't live up to it's own hype - a dull seat rail was enough to destroy the protector.
  • Klearlook 2.5/5 Installation steps were taken from a tempered glass, so following the instructions results in an impossible to install protector. Using a wet method works, and this is a very nice and smooth screen protector. Not case friendly. I deducted a point and a half for the horrible instructions.
  • atFoliX 1/5 Never got to actually use this one, the protector stuck better to the protective covering than anything else, so attempting to remove (per the instructions) destroyed it.
  • Smash It 2/5 same reasons as above, this one came with multiples so I could try again and it lasted about 2 weeks.
  • Crocfol 2/5 very orange peely. Removed after less than a week.
  • IQ Shield case friendly 2/5 Case friendly, yes.... pocket friendly, not a chance. Looks great, though.
  • IQ Shield 3/5 Not case friendly, but works fine with my case (the Samsung Clear Cover). Removed it after I put on a beefier case and it started peeling the protector back.

I haven't actually sat down and looked at all of these until now....I've spent way too damn much money on screen protectors!

I'm quite careful with mine and was a fan of the spigen rugged armor for my Nexus 6P so that's what I'm going with again here. Very slim, yet adequate protection for the occasional minor drop.

IQ Shield

Just installed this yesterday. Even with the matte finish, you can hardly tell that it's on. Install was SUPER easy and it's 100% coverage. No problems putting my Spigen Tough Armor Case around it.

Here's what I'm working with:

u/geilt78 · 2 pointsr/S7Edge

I have the Spigen Liquid Crystal case.
https://www.amazon.com/Spigen%C2%AE-Crystal-Ultra-Thin-Semi-transparent-Bulkiness/dp/B01A7IDF3S
This is the first phone I've had that I've used a case on, mainly because it's so damn slippery!
Plus, if you have the Gear VR, this case is easy to take off.

Get one of the dozens of magnetic mounts that are 4.5+ stars average rating on Amazon. If you run with a naked phone or slim case, the phone has enough magnetism to hold without even applying a plate. If you're running a thicker case, just drop the mount between the case and phone without using the adhesive.

I just bought this one and I like it a lot. It's got a slight fog to it that's more noticeable on whites, but I like it because it doesn't show smudges or fingerprints which irritates me even more. It's also the kind that "heals itself", so if you press into it with your fingernail it smooths itself back out after a few minutes!

Something like this would be fine. Sometimes Amazon can have fakes, purchase through Amazon, do some googling on how to identify if it's fake or not.

u/brianpi · 2 pointsr/S7Edge

I use the Otterbox Commuter, and even with a small child in the house who likes to steal and then throw the phone, I've never had an issue.

u/runvus · 1 pointr/S7Edge

Most caselogic and spigen work. Though the plastic ones from Caseology do not and they are thin. Seems to be if they are a hard plastic shell type case, it will interfere.

Both of these work:
