good on you for catching his attempt. That is freaking creepy. Even better you shared.

If you are getting slow speeds, you can fix it yourself. Run a wire to your router first and see if its an adapter(wireless) or if its something in windows. IF the wired connection is all good, then check with the manufacturer about an updated wifi driver. Or, just get a cheap usb wifi adapter and be done with it.

That watch for 127.99 dollars in the "Women's" section? I put it into tineye.com. You can buy it for 3.87 Euro on amazon.de. And a very similar to identically-looking one was sold on amazon.com; the reviews indicate that it used to cost 3 USD.

Those are absolute no-name items. They slap a French company name and fictitious prices on it, and you think you've found a great offer.

When I have the website "estimate" shipping to Belgium, it costs 11.95 dollars, for 12 to 22 business days wait.

So (assuming you actually get something), you've paid about four times the value on a watch that's essentially worth nothing and probably won't last you a month.

Its a scam. At least from the reviews.

The reviews are cut and pasted from amazon.

e.g. https://www.amazon.com/CouchCoaster-Ultimate-Anti-Spill-Holder-Coaster/product-reviews/B01BX0VI3S

Now go to their site and search the same thing specifically ``` When removed it allows a larger cup or a coffee cup with handle sticking out the slot. Great invention, I wish I had thought of it!```

This It folds up and looks sort of like a can or container.

Scammers frequently fake your area code anyway, so that isn't an effective protocol.

There needs to be a way to whitelist phone calls on landlines.

[Here you go](SENTRY 3.1 Call Screener, smart active blocking, block all solicitor calls, election calls, robo calls. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019ERMS90/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_T5mIzbDQ9KMFG)

I've never used this product and this isn't an endorsement, but it looks like this device might solve your problem. Just program in all her contacts, show her how to add more, and set all non-whitelisted calls to go to voicemail.
