There are two types of wireless: There is wireless that still uses a power supply from an outlet so they are not truly wireless. There is truly wireless like the Netgear Arlo that uses a battery in the camera and the camera needs to be charged often. These cameras are often motion sensing and turn on when motion is detected, this can have issues as it is not always 100% accurate. All wireless cameras will slow your internet speed down, I don't think they are a good option for a business and most home applications. They have a decent lag, so it can be a while when the event happens and when you see it on your screen.

Don't be afraid of the "wired" system. They are much faster, record all the time, and have better quality as a rule.

I like POE (Power Over Eithernet) cameras because you can cut your cable to the length you need and there is one connection. But even the old school standard wiring is nothing to be afraid of and they are cheaper without sacrificing quality, just two more wires to deal with but that is easy because they are in a loom.

My suggestions:
Standard DVR 8 Cam

POE Cams, 8 Channel NVR but you need to buy 4 more cams

Cheaper Standard 8 channel

Lorex/Flir is a pretty well known company for cameras but Amazon and Amazon has a boat load of systems that you may want to consider.
