Light cardigans and longer dresses to get through the summer.
You could even look for sheer patterned cardigans and more breathable lacy cardigans to beat the heat. Patterns usually help distract from scars, even if they're sheer.
Lighter colours deflect light and are cooler for you to wear in summer.
Other than clothes you could try subduing the red with some foundation, but up close the cover-up is super obvious.
But ultimately I agree with the other comments. Learn to not fear what others say or think, your life is your own.

Bio oil will help, but it won't happen quickly. Microneedling is mostly for things that can be repaired by your body quickly. It speeds up what is already fast. Thus, the process of fading scars won't be very effective with microneedling.
