Anyway, yes, it's reminiscent of the Shadows Die Twice's strings, but I wonder if this isn't actually a piece of music from the original Dark Souls that actually has the strings so we can hear it better. I haven't played it, but does anyone recognize it as something from the game?
Maybe it's just a re-used sound. From does that sometimes. There's a similar sound in a Bloodborne trailer, too.
