I use the Reebok Men's Realflex Transition 2.0 Cross-Training Shoe very good for jumping and lateral movement, not recommended made for running though. I use them for max interval training. They're kind of narrow so you'll want to go about a full size up from your normal shoe size. But I think they're pretty good.
