Get yourself a kitchen safe if you can't make it through without unlocking. You can set a time where it can't be opened beforehand without breaking it, days / weeks whatever.

Honestly once you get past 48 hours, you barely notice it. Just make sure you're properly lubricated. Vaseline works best, as it doesn't dry out or become grossly sticky. And then once you've a hit a week, you wonder if you're ever going to care about being unlocked again. It becomes a fun game, and it's very easy to forget you have it on in the first place.

Hi Hun, we'll get to waist training and wigs but it's understandable if you want it now!

I've dipped my toe into waist training using things like this and working down the sizes.

As for wigs, I've got no experience yet but I think it's best to go a little on the expensive side. Cheaper ones tend to really not be of good quality and it shows.

Be sure to come back and let everyone know what you decide and how it works out!

This is called cerave in a tub. It's a great face and body moisturizer and is highly recommended on r/SkincareAddiction. You can use it on your face and body. It won't clog your pores (like a lot of moisturizers will! You need to be sure that your moisturizer is non comeodomic!) so it should only improve your skin condition. There are pumps for it because scooping out moisture is not super hygienic. I don't use a pump, but I'm one of those girls with the dirty makeup brushes who has clear skin and only moisturizes.

Every morning and every night you should be cleansing your face. I use this cerave cleanser for my combination skin. Go to r/SkincareAddiction to find one that is a match for your skin.

I hope that this was helpful!

An old-briefcase will have a lock built-in. I use something similar to this. I just tell everyone it was a sentimental gift from a relative or friend. This especially works if you find an old briefcase at a garage sale or something.

Or you could buy a laptop bag and a luggage lock.

I think you're going to be hard pressed to find an actual suitcase that has a built-in lock that it not pretty expensive. Luggage locks usually do the trick anyway.

If you want to be even more clandestine, look up "diversion safes" on Amazon. They are typically not very big, but they can blend in with other things you may have already.

On a personal note: Geez, whatever happened to hiding things under a mattress like when I was a kid.

Thanks for the replies :) I have settled on this one. Should be nice and big but not so huge that have to stretch for months.

It is a little pricey but works well for me. Another options is Witch Hazel.

Stay hydrated. Drink lot's of water, obviously keep moisturizing, try using a body shaver for chest and shoulders. If using a razor shave with the grain and not against the grain. It is a struggle but I have been trying new things. These worked for me plus exfoliating every 3 to 4 days.
