$60, they have some cheaper models but I highly recommend the one with hot water attachment, it's only $10 or 15 more and so worth it. Also the one like this with the lever water adjust instead of dial, it's better at adjusting pressure.

They're called ramekins and they're actually awesome to have at home. If you have multiple items on a plate and only want a sauce on one they're perfect.

Everyone is wrong. This trick has a ton of variations, most noticeably using a rod with coloured gems on it called "Hot Rod."
They ask you to pick a number between 1 and 6. You will always end on three. Here's how.
"One, you say? We're gonna use the letters. O-N-E so we're on number three."
"Two, you say? T-W-O, so we're on three."
"Three? Allrighty, let's count down three, one, two, number three."
"Four? We're gonna count up. Six, five, four, and we land on number 3."
"Five? We're gonna use the letters and count up so F-I-V-E puts us on number 3."
"Six? We're gonna use the letters, S-I-X."
You always end up on number 3. Always.

I bought one with a hot/cold function for $64 on Amazon. I can’t believe I waited so long. I do NOT recommend cold water only; that’s pretty unpleasant. I can’t wait to upgrade to the kind that also has a dryer.
