Looks like it's associated with a fireworks documentary called Passfire. The whole thing reads 'eye of the painter, hand of the sculptor, courage of the warrior, talent of the artist, heart of the poet'.

It looks like the symbol for the WWVB antenna on atomic clocks like in the corner of this one. Probably appears when it is trying to or is picking up that time radio signal. They usually need a steady connection to WWVB to do the automatic sync so maybe it hasn't had a connection long enough to adjust the time. Moving it to another spot in the house might do it.

Or it might be in manual mode and won't utilize the sync feature unless you do something complicated to override manual mode like pressing a combo of buttons/reset with the battery removed. Are there buttons on the side or inside the battery compartment?

edit- the tiny hole to the right of the YEAR button might be the sync button. The clock I linked has one in the battery compartment next to the "reset" hole, maybe yours are on the exterior?

Sigh.. It's also listed as "eternal life".. I wish mass producers had to prove an origin before ascribing an entire culture to their designs.

If it's actually Maori my money would be on a Manaia since it can be reshaped
so many different ways and is often depicted with three "fingers" according to the wiki.

P.S. I hope you like the Chiron flair.. I know it's astrological but I chose it for Chiron's role as a kind teacher in Greek mythology. If you want something else instead hit me up!

I got them covered...found this, this and this under Ta'wiz/taweez after a few tries--many of the original searches used Arabic script in magic square type layouts so I almost missed it also. Normally they are folded paper, sealed to be waterproof and kept in little black bags or holders specifically for them such as this and this. There are various uses--love, success, protection--the numbers are supposed to correlate to phrases, words, etc and can contain verses from the Quran. I have no idea what this reads in particular. Here is another link regarding them.

It’s Masonic. Not relatively old I don’t think. Pun on the name Tubal Cain. It’s meant to look like two balls and a cane.

Here is a similar one from Amazon

I’m only finding it used on shirts in the Under ArmourHeater” line, which is baseball themed. Beyond that I can’t find any mention of why the logo is different, other than it obviously looking like home plate.

It’s a hat with the characters for the IDF, Israeli Defense Force. Here’s a link to a hat on Amazon with these letters. If you Google translate “IDF” into Hebrew, the letters match.
