Prinsu and Rhino (pretty sure) make one specifically for access cab. I can’t speak for the rhino, but I love the prinsu. I have the lightbar cutout and use it quite a bit to light up fields to play fetch with the dogs at night time. The Infinity reference series sound great in my taco. They have matching 6” and tweeters in this line too. Good price and great sound.

Also, look at an 8” sub for behind the rear bench or under the driver seat. Not too boomy and rounds out the bass nicely.
I went with these LED lamps as a cheap alternative. They're actually very nice, I was pleasantly surprised. Most people think they're high end OEM LED headlights but actually just bulb swaps.

I got these Auxbeam ones for my 2019 low beams. Be careful, if you buy ones with a big ass fan in the back, you will have to remove the whole headlight to replace the bulb. In order to do that you would have to loosen the fenders and remove the bumpers which to me is excessive to replace bulbs. These are easy and with a bit of jiggling, they go right in. Awesome bright light.
