I actually have a nifty after market gas cap for my car that I got ages ago that really helps with that.
Though there are just some days I look down at my hands and go "seriously?" when they refuse to do something they could do fine the day before...

They have several sizes, though I don't think they have any big enough for the stock amox bottles.

And because there's records of his letters and hospitalizations. They have something like 900 letters of his. Painting was a compulsion. He knew he was at this worst when he couldn't paint, because he lost his ability to express himself, he just couldn't put his thoughts together. It was shortly after that, which he killed himself. This is a really good collection of his letters, if you're interested. He sketched a lot in his letters, so they're worth looking at, if you're interested in that regard.
