I'd actually recommend this Cuisinart one if you're looking. It can open and lay flat or be used as a grill/press and the plates swap out for waffle irons and for easy cleaning. I got one as a gift and it works great!

I wasn't really thinking a centrifuge (news to me that's used in cooking), I was thinking more like basic deep fryer to large basket deep fryer.

Or basic hand held mandoline vs high quality mandoline.

An old adage says get the cheap tool first, if you use it enough that it breaks, get the high quality version. Then again there's also the adage of, get the thing that'll do the job the best even if it costs twice as much as the other option, the saved frustration is worth it.

I work at Starbucks and we use 2% milk (default), chai tea concentrate (Water, Black Tea, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Natural Flavours, Star Anise), Sugar, Honey, Ginger Juice, Natural Flavours, Vanilla, Citric Acid) and ice for the drink.

You can make it with any kind of presweetened chai tea concentrate like Tazo’s Classic Chai Tea Latte Concentrate (https://www.amazon.com/Tazo®-Chai-Tea-Latte-Concentrate/dp/B000T3KTJA).

I think I got it! If you compare the tops of the bottles in this picture, it matches the Torani Caramel SAUCE bottle!

/u/supreme_hammy, the Torani sauce (not syrup!!) isn't as easy to find in a store, but is certainly available online.

Regardless of which recipe you use I recommend getting some True Lime (crystallized lime powder). https://www.amazon.com/True-Lime-Bulk-Pack-Count/dp/B004RZA6XA

I used to keep a couple Cheetos in a pepper grinder. Much easier than trying to replicate but I’m sure it’s possible. You can buy just about any cheese in powder form and make your own blend.

I live in Ireland, and there's a Polish food shop near me that imports directly from Poland.

Hopefully there's something similar in your country.

Certainly some on Amazon, but it's way overpriced: https://www.amazon.com/Herbapol-Raspberry-Syrup-420ml/dp/B00JC8ZQ4Q

You want this cookbook.

They have a recipe from one of the places in Nashville. It calls for like 1/2 cup of cayenne pepper. Also, the sauce you put on it contains fryer oil. It was so perverse I had to cook it. Don't tone down the cayenne.

Tea bags are more convenient and easier to find. Stick with it if you’re doing small portions.

For large gallon size portions, Brewing requires 1) a strainer - metal ,cheesecloth . 2) Pot for brewing, preferably monitor the temperature. like this one 3) A container for steeping (letting the flavor out of the herbs).

I’ve heard the secret was Worcestershire powder

Edit: check out these Amazon reviews.

Had this is Chicago years ago. Was the best god damn mac and cheese I've had in my life.

I know there's a cookbook on amazon but sadly the SIDES are not included in the preview.

Anyone know the recipe ?
