I use a Swagman adjustable truck bed bike rack in my 2015 DCSB.

It fits great and is rock solid between my side bed tracks. I mount the two bikes and move it rear wheel to its respective side of the bed and I am able to close the tailgate with no issues.
The bike rack has a lock that keeps it from being undone and both bike carriers lock as well. Then I run a cable through the rear wheels, frame and front wheels that is locked into the rear tie down points in the bed.

I will be using it this weekend. If you are interested I can snap a picture of the setup for you.

Not sure about kayaks, but I used one of these with my old truck and it worked great. Easily removable too when not in use.

$24.95, I bought them on Amazon. I thought they would be darker or even reflective, but still high quality product. They're very thick and fit into the indents of the letters very easily so it's hard to mess it up. I would recommend these.

It’s custom. For the most part at least. I got the grill insert off of Bulletproof Fabricating . Then the leds off of Amazon . Emblem off of original grill. It’s a pretty easy Mod.

I have the Westin HDX steps. I like the look and I’m not an extreme off roader or anything and they have held up well. Easy install with two people or one and a jack. I personally wouldn’t have any, but my wife couldn’t reach to put the car seat in the back seat very well.

Another required purchase, the bed mat makes the bed more useful if you don't like your shit sliding all over the place.

Another one I don't have a link for is D-ring additions to the bed. The Torx bolts that hold the cubbies on the sides of your bed are begging to have some tie-down points added. I got mine out of a junkyard Chevy HHR interior, thick metal one-hole D-rings. Very useful for securing shit you don't want rolling around like fuel cans, smaller coolers, luggage, etc.

tacomaworld dot com has stickied threads with shitloads of mods that can be done on the cheap. If you got the 4x4 in anything other than the Off-Road trim, the Improved Yellow Wire Mod is a must IMO.

You will need a Drill and a 3/8" or 1/2" drill bit. Drill out the stock hole in the bottom of the quickfist to make the hole larger, the screws will then fit through. Put the T-Nut in the bed-rail and slide it down to where you want it. Screw the Quickfist to the T-Nut and you get what you see above! Insert your tool of choice!

A new tailgate with all the internals (backup camera, latches, etc), the inner composite cover, and painted, is going to run you $1k+, it sucks.

you can slip that around the release hinge (passenger side), and keep the turnkey in your center console or something; it's not foolproof but it'll definitely slow down anyone trying to do a grab and run and that's often enough.

Came with the truck. They are Predator Tube Steps, I didn't like them at first, but they are growing on me.

I don't think I have seen one on this sub yet, but that doesn't mean somebody on here doesn't own one.

The rest of this is an opinion piece, fyi.

Personally, I was considering this (and similar) products for my bed cover, but I ultimately steered away from them, and went with something much cheaper and akin to my needs. Because of the lost space, I would no longer be able to carry my bike with my existing track rail mount. Losing 6-12 inches (depending on the exact product like this that you get) is a lot to lose in a 5ft bed. For carrying shit around, can't really utilize the forward bed tie downs anymore because you probably don't want to put a lot of pressure on the cover cannister. Lastly, my 2nd gen tailgate doesn't lock, so I would have to install an aftermarket lock to fix that issue. Real lastly, these products are quite premium (read: expensive), and I was able to get a bed cover on first time buyer discount from tonneau cover world for like $250, and spend the extra dough I budgeted on the no-slip mat, which has been a brilliant purchase. Hope my thoughts help you make a purchase.
