So far I've tried the Sony Walkman. It's changed a lot since my first yellow cassette player. It's now basically wrap around headphones. It's waterproof so you can swim with it and a bunch of other cool stuff. I was super excited. But. I found uploading my music to it kind of a drag andand, when I run, the headphones feel very heavy and the sound changes volume with my steps. Oh and the buttons are really hard to press. So for the price I wouldn't recommend.

I've recently bought Anker's Bluetooth headphones. Again, wrap around but because they're Bluetooth I can just use my phone which has all my music anyway and I always take for MapMyRun etc). The fit is comfortable and the sound is pretty good. Very reasonable for the price. The battery life is a bit short but I do use them a lot (they claim 8 hours which I guess seems right). The only issue I have is that the cord is massively long, but I just tighten it and put it above my ponytail and it's not a problem. I have no idea because IDGAF but I probably look like a dork. Since I run like Phoebe though that's the least of my worries.

I have an Anker battery charger so it's a brand I trust. I'd definitely recommend just getting Bluetooth headphones because not having a wire flap around is amazing. There probably isn't much difference between brands though.

Here's what I use:

Nonwoven cotton swabs (these are just generally amazing, get a bunch, much better than paper towels and paper handkerchiefs of all kinds).

Sharp light

The hobby cutter needs a very small set of 'scissors', nice long handles. Wash tools in water. Clean the callus and your tools in hydrogen peroxide, using the swabs, wash in water again and dry them. Make a small incission on either side of the callus. Now keep the skin taught, and use the cutter for a clean cut all the way through. Don't pick at it, just nib off any excess scabs with the cutter. Make more cuts for big calluses.

Finish off your work with the volcanic rock, clean your tools using the hydrogen peroxide again, dry them off, and put 'em somewhere clean.

This is very similar to using nail clippers or razor blades, but it's important that you can get into your bloodstream if you go too deep, so that's why you should clean 'em - the hydrogen peroxide is an acid, and will not only disinfect but also clean off rust. These tools are also much better at the job. Don't give yourself scars or an infection. Tetanus is real yo.

Be advised that if you remove skin like this, your skin will be softer and more sensitive for a while. Calluses are not always a bad thing.

Maxi dresses work really well, but also short ones that are flowy. I have this dress in 5 colors that I used to wear to my office all the time (I work from home now): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDX4R91/ they look really nice with well defined arms, and if you throw in a long necklace it looks classy but not overly dressed-up. This one is one of my fave dresses: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0196BYH2U/
This one is also nice for the office: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E8F5066/

Nice! If you're into cooking, I recommend this cookbook. Super delicious Indian food that tastes really rich but is 100% vegan. Lots of coconut cream and coconut yogurt and tons and tons of vegetables.

I seriously feel like I'm indulging whenever I make some of these recipes, and then I remember it's VEGETABLES. IT'S ALL VEGETABLES.

not that coconut cream is the least caloric thing, but still. it's delicious, so worth it.

Quaker's Popped Hummus Chips are delicious and very crunchy. They're not super low cal (130/serving), but they're less than regular chips, and IMHO they're just as good.

I only have one pair currently which are Novara (from REI) I actually just ordered these [Pearl Izumis] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0091T2Y0A/) from Amazon which are pretty well reviewed.

I started using protein once I realized I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet for my goals. They suggest 1 gram per pound for muscle gain, but I also want to lose some weight so I started drinking it. I use GNC Pro Performance AMP in the chocolate flavor. You can buy a smaller bag if you dont want to take the leap into a big tub. It's 90 calories for 20 grams of protein and it tastes great.

I have one of these on mine to ensure it does not come undone. Might be something to look into if you get another one. :)

LEMFO F11 Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headsets - Intelligent Magnetic Clasp Noise Cancelling Sport Sweatproof Microphone Hands-free APT-X Tech https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013GAXGLA/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_bKf-wb301Z1MR

I bought these for my partner and he loves them. Good sound, long battery life, and the magnetic clasp function kicks ass. Plus they're less than 30$ right now so it's not a huge investment.

Sorry, I'm a dork for taking the pic with my work phone (HTC 8x), the armband is for my Note 4. Here's one for the HTC with good reviews. Here's mine.

Because my boobs are out of control, I can't use those zippered ones. They always come down on their own no matter what I try. My personal favorite is this one:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EVOIR42/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It has hooks in the back like a regular bra. The price is a bit of a shock, but I've had the same one for about three years and use it 5 times a week.

Gross. I prefer PB2 for shakes and other things where peanut butter is not the star but just a flavor (like oatmeal with chocolate chips).

Otherwise, real peanut butter forever.

Can I make a recommendation? The book Becoming a Supple Leopard is helping me a lot with my impingement problems (shoulders, hips, and ankles) and breaks down exactly how your body is supposed to move, and the ways to correct it if your body is having trouble.
